HS Associates lived in fragments: MLS exports, WhatsApp leads, passport scans for KYC, and a spreadsheet for commission. Nothing was central. A missed document or a late reminder could stall a close — or leak a buyer to another desk.

We built a multi-tenant operations platform for HS Associates that runs the deal lifecycle — lead intake, document capture, workflow, and commission — with accuracy and billing controls at every stage.
