Peacock is a Gradio assistant on GPT-3.5-turbo: custom system prompts that teach blockchain, Web3, Solidity, Python, and JavaScript through multi-turn, age-appropriate narrative — and a live-page scrape that can pull a URL into the conversation.

Blockchain and Web3 material arrives as jargon stacked on jargon. A generic chatbot recites it. The brief was an interactive storytelling engine that could stay in character across turns, stay age-appropriate, and still be allowed to fetch a live page when the lesson needed the source, not a hallucination.

I built Peacock as a Gradio app on OpenAI’s GPT-3.5-turbo, with custom system-prompt scaffolding for blockchain, Web3, Solidity, Python, and JavaScript — told as stories, kept multi-turn. BeautifulSoup scrapes a URL when the user asks, summarises the page, and folds it into the same conversation.
